Telephone Technical Support
Amco’s award winning telephone support provides dedicated technical assistance on hardware for the warranty period of the system during normal working hours.
Next Business Day On-Site Support
Amco endeavours to allocate an on-site engineer by the end of the next business day, provided that a Amco Technician accepts a system fault call more than one hour before the end of normal working hours.
Extended Cover - 365 days
Amco provide a premium service for all clients that require support outside normal working hours. 24/7 cover is available in most areas and response times and fix times can still be specified.
